PsychSpark School Use License Agreement
License Type: Educational Institution License (Faculty and Staff Use Only)
Scope of Use: This license grants accredited educational institutions (e.g., K–12 schools, school districts, colleges, and universities) the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to utilize PsychSpark materials internally by faculty and staff for professional development, curriculum planning, and related institutional purposes.
Permissions:
Faculty and staff may access and use PsychSpark materials for internal purposes such as training, curriculum development, and staff workshops.
Licensed school counselors may use PsychSpark materials during individual or group counseling sessions with students.
Materials may be stored on secure, access-controlled institutional platforms (e.g., intranet or learning management systems) for use by authorized personnel.
Restrictions:
Distribution of PsychSpark materials to students, including providing physical or digital copies, is strictly prohibited.
Materials may not be shared with individuals outside the institution or with unauthorized personnel within the institution.
Commercial use, resale, or incorporation of PsychSpark materials into products or services for sale is not permitted.
Modification or creation of derivative works based on PsychSpark materials is not allowed without prior written approval.
Intellectual Property: PsychSpark is a copyrighted work protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved by the creator. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is a violation of these laws and may result in legal action.
Term and Termination:
This license is effective upon acceptance and remains in force until terminated.
The licensor reserves the right to terminate the license if the institution breaches any terms of this agreement.
Upon termination, the institution must cease all use of PsychSpark materials and destroy all copies in its possession.
